The way Batman just appears out of the darkness is very cool, D. And The Flash looks ace. He seems like a really friendly guy! I like what you've done with the background on that one too.
Thanks chaps! Miss McC - does the absence of colour in the Flash background look alright? I really enjoyed doing these pics - kept my mind out of tedious manuscripts for half an hour.
Mr Pickthall, thanks loads. You're right too - these feel more fun and somehow "lighter" than the TLM stuff I'm doing. Not sure why, but I need to harness that footlooseness (not a word, surely? Damn this Pinot Grigio...!) somehow.

I love these, they are so vibrant, a bit of a shift of gear too for some reason though I cant quite figure out why?

I think the buildings - because of the black and white and the angle - look very super-hero setting...if that makes sense.
Perfect sense. I kind of thought the same - that it added a nice graphic quality to the pic. I might have to try this again sometime!
