This was my go at drawing Warwick Johnson Cadwell and John Hoffman's The Nun with Two Guns. I botched it a bit - the original idea was to have her pointing the guns at us, with rosary beads strung between her arms, but I did her head too big and that left no room for the guns. So... no guns. The little "BLAMS" were a pain in the bum to colour (my own fault, I drew them very crudely, lots of open lines, difficult to flat), but they look rather good. And spent cartridges. Oh man, I *love* spent cartridges.
Look for more of this sort of thing in the New Year, fingers crossed!

Heh, deadly!
Really moody and noirish. I really like it!
Wow, this is so freakin' GREAT!!!
But... you can't even see the guns!
Thanks for the kind words, chaps. Goddamn, she is SO much fun to draw.
Niiiiiiiiice!!!!!
That is just GREAT! Bit of Miller in flavour ( which I personally don't think is a bad thing). The guns being off panel don't hurt the image - instead direct you to focus on the nun's face.
Merry Xmas spaceman Dan!

Merry Christmas, Spaceman Ade!
And big thanks to yourself and Fede for the kind words. I definitely see the Miller thing (though I was kind of chasing a Dave Johnson vibe).
Surely the guns are implied? ;-)
